A short note from the playground — what I notice about the rooms, retreats and conversations where something actually shifts.
The rooms where people come alive have a few things in common. Permission, pace, real questions, enough silence to think, and someone holding the edges so people can drop their guard.
It is rarely the slide deck. It is almost always the conditions.
That is the craft I keep returning to — designing the conditions, then trusting the people in the room.
