Evidence
Everything I do is informed by research across coaching psychology, positive psychology, leadership, learning, neuroscience and organisational development.
Research matters — but only when it translates into meaningful practice.
How I work
No two people.
No two teams.
No two organisations.
No two conversations.
Are ever the same.
That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every piece of work begins with curiosity, is grounded in evidence and develops through partnership.
Together, we create the conditions that allow people to learn, lead and flourish through change.
My three principles
Evidence
Everything I do is informed by research across coaching psychology, positive psychology, leadership, learning, neuroscience and organisational development.
Research matters — but only when it translates into meaningful practice.
Experience
For more than thirty years I've worked across higher education, charities, businesses and communities, supporting people through some of the most important moments of their lives and careers.
Experience brings perspective. Perspective brings wisdom.
Integration
Life doesn't fit neatly into boxes — and neither does development. Rather than separating coaching, leadership, learning and wellbeing, I bring them together into one integrated approach that supports the whole person, the whole team and ultimately the whole organisation.
One connected practice, not four separate services.
What you can expect
Instead, it's about creating space to think differently.
Above all, it's about developing the human capabilities that enable lasting change.
The signature framework
Everything I do is guided by one simple belief.
Lasting change begins with people.
People influence teams. Teams shape organisations. Organisations strengthen communities.
That insight became my signature framework.
ME → WE → US™

Because sustainable change isn't something we do to people. It's something we create together.
